3 Days Tanzania Safari – Lake Manyara & Ngorongoro Crater

Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha as you drive դեպի Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic park located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the park, famous for its lush groundwater forests, open grasslands, and the alkaline lake that attracts large numbers of flamingos and other bird species. Lake Manyara is also known for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, and baboons.

After lunch and an afternoon game drive, proceed to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Descend into the crater floor for a full-day game drive surrounded by dramatic volcanic landscapes and an incredible concentration of wildlife. The crater is home to lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, and the endangered black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while taking in the stunning scenery and wildlife around you. Later in the afternoon, ascend from the crater and head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy the scenic drive back to Arusha through the beautiful landscapes of northern Tanzania.

Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your memorable Tanzania safari adventure.
